রিটার্ণ পলিসি: আমাদের প্রতিটি পন্য গ্রাহকের কাছে পৌছানোর পূর্বেই ভালোভাবে চেক করে প্যাক করা হয়। তবুও কোনো কারণে পন্য পছন্দ না হলে বা পন্যের কোনো অনাকাংখিত ত্রুটি পরিলক্ষিত হলে পন্যটি গ্রহণ না করে আমাদেরকে রিটার্ণ করতে পারবেন। তবে সেক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতাকেই পণ্যের ডেলিভারী চার্জ দিতে হবে। ডেলিভারী চার্জ পন্যের আকার অনুযায়ী কম বেশি হতে পারে। যা ক্রয় করার সময়ই জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে। বিশেষভাবে উল্লেখ্য যে ডেলিভারিম্যান এর সামনেই পন্যটি ভালোভাবে চেক করে নিয়ে তারপর টাকা প্রদান করবেন। ডেলিভারীম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর পন্য ফেরত দিতে চাইলে সেই পন্য ফেরত নিতে পেইজ কর্তৃপক্ষ কোনোভাবেই বাধ্য থাকবেন না।
